4.CWSN                   6% (Certificate from CMO required)

Distribution of Admission forms from 15.03.2023 to 25.03.2023

Submission  of Admission form with all required documents up to 31.03.2023

Date of Draw for Admission in Class Ist : 07.04.2023(May be changed if required)

Submission of fees and original documents upto 15.04.2023

The School Authority has right to change the date of draw.

Note:  Following Documents should be submitted with the              

            submission of Admission form:

(i)Birth Certificate

(ii)PPP ID (Parivar Pehchan Patar )

(iii)Income Certificate  as above mentioned (from Tehsildar)

(iv)Caste Certificate (If reserved category)

(v)Copy of Aadhar Card(Student,Father,Mother)

(vi)Age as on 31.03.2023 from 5yrs 6 months to 6 yrs (born between 31.03.2017 to 30.09.2017)

If any of the above documents is not attached with the admission form, benefit will not be given.
